Dan Neumeister, FACHE, is an accomplished healthcare executive who has served as a change agent for numerous organizations. Through his inclusive leadership style, Dan has gained the respect and commitment from trustees, physicians, employees and volunteers. His warmth and accessibility, combined with his honed organizational skills and patient-focused approach, contribute to a productive environment that’s centered on quality outcomes.

Dan’s progressive thinking and ability to quickly evaluate challenging problems serves as a foundation for being an effective change agent and interim hospital chief executive officer. With 30 years of healthcare experience, Dan has provided leadership and problem-solving solutions to organizations, including Grossmont District Hospital, Salinas Valley Memorial District Hospital, Baxter Healthcare, Inc., Enloe Medical Center and Alaska Native Medical Center.

Dan’s training includes a Master of Healthcare Administration with an emphasis on finance from Trinity University and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration with an emphasis on Personnel Management from San Diego State.
